- The school year begins in the middle of February and terminates at the end of November.
- Pupils are encouraged NOT to avail of leave, so as not to hamper their education. Vacations are planned in the School Calendar of Events. Parents are requested to abide by these dates for visiting their sons / daughters.
- In case of serious illness requiring an absence from school for over 2 weeks, permission should be sought beforehand from the Principal's office.
- During the Mid -Term and Puja Breaks the School and Hostel will be closed. Students are to be collected by a parent / guardian on the specified date of closing.
- Boys are not to leave the school campus without permission.
- Books, magazines or other periodicals are not to be brought into the school without permission.
- Parents / guardians are to deposit Pocket Money in their child's / ward's account. Valuable and electronic gadgets are prohibited.
- For purpose of identification ( while collecting children for vacations ) each student should deposit a recent family photograph ( father, mother and children ).
- A month's notice is to be given in writing for the withdrawal of a student.
- School office timings are :
