ACADEMIC DATELINES

The Academic Year is divided into four terms. Written examinations are held at term-ends and a detailed report on each boy's/girl's performance is sent to the parents. An A.C.R ( Academic Cumulative Record ) is maintained for every child ( from the year of admission till passing out). Promotion is decided on performance throughout the year. The academic year ends with the oncoming of winter and after a long vacation, the school reopens in early spring of the following year. So the academic cycle begins anew, year after year.

CURRICULUM

Admitted into Class Three, boys and girls ( in a separate section called St. Anthony's Girls' School ) are prepared over the years for the I.C.S.E. Examination after class Ten. A combination of English ( Language and Literature ), Second Language ( Choice of Hindi or Bengali or Nepali ) History & Civics, Geography (H.C.G), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Commercial Studies ( in lieu of Physics, Chemistry and Biology ), Commercial Applications/ Computer Applications, and the latest addition: Environmental Education.
